This may be the underpinnings of the SR so Josh and the students should take a peek to see what value it may have. Further, it should be noted that it looks like the USDA is planning to replace it, the SR, and the BFPD datasets with a singular set called 'FoodData Central.' It's possible this new data source will be sufficient to our needs in eventuality, but given other data sets hidden away or made scarce by the current administration, we should gather and safeguard the old data just in case.
