It's a very good practice to create a multi region infrastructure although it's also very costly because infrastructure is doubled. Many clients would be grateful to have it implemented especially when they are dealing with finances and sensitive data.

Multi Region Cognito - Amazon doesn't provision solution to replicate comfortably users between region so it's needed some workaround
