NUMA Support? #525

Good afternoon. Would you be able to implement NUMA support? Windows 10 requires that a chess engine recognizes and assigns all NUMA nodes to itself in order to utilize all 256 threads (in my case, with my two AMD EPYC CPUs). Both Stockfish and Dragon support NUMA.
