Reckless 0.9.0 avx 512 does not produce output after doing go infinite in Nibbler #799

Bug description
Hello,
I was analyzing a position (1k6/1pp5/p7/P6P/5q2/3Qn2P/KP6/3B4 w - - 3 35 but PGN available below) in Nibbler and I configured it to have TB6 with some TB7 for Syzygy, 12 Threads, 8 GB Hash Size, MultiPV 1, and with nodes set to unlimited (Go infinite). In my first run, it produced output till 1G quickly then no updates. In second one, I chose to log output, and it did the same (produced output till 2.7G nodes and rest were lower/upper but never moved beyond in depth even 7 hours later and no full update since the original 2.7G nodes).

Expected behavior
While I know that slowly, the time between new depth update increases, it should at least produce output over time.
Reproduction steps
Open nibbler and add the 0.9.0 release AVX512 version of Reckless. Then, set threads to 12, Hash size to 8 GB, and MultiPV to 1. While I have some TB7 files and full TB6 WDL, along with TB5 WDL and DTZ, I think the same could happen with TB6 just fine. Then, load the PGN below after move 34b has been played and press Ctrl + G/Analysis > Go. For logging before starting Go, go to Dev > Logging > Use a logfile and choose the folder and file name. In addition, go to Dev > Logging > Log info lines
