Consider merging two repositories into one

Instead of:

• https://github.com/coderefinery/installation (this repo)
• https://github.com/coderefinery/software

I believe we should have just one.

I think the main reason for two is that software was set up for Binder - it can, in theory, be used as an environment to do the course stuff. If it was part of installation the installation files would be in a Binder environment and we would need to make the docs and course requirements.txt/environment.yml live along side each other.

We have never really used this (because "local install sets you up for long term work"), but in the meeting yesterday the idea came up again as an option for week 2 (if installing software is too hard for week 2 and we can't provide support for it, then doing the exercises in the cloud isn't that much worse, is it?). It still just an idea though.

I see. We can probably do both in the same repo but I see how it can require a little bit of reorg.
