Publish peerDependency version change

The [change to allow `enhanced-resolve@4`](https://github.com/codewizz/bower-resolve-webpack-plugin/commit/af944292327914830c329ff7b638bcf051c48a9a) was commited to `master` but never published.

This is causing peer dependency warnings on installation. Could it be published please?
