Current:

• All profile created challenges on another user's profile are accessible regardless of state.
• Not visibly showing which ones already completed by active user.

Expected Condition:

• Anything not in "Published" or "Deprecated" state are titled as "Editing".. disable the active link for non-owner/moderators
• • Deprecated state included to allow already joined users to see the challenge (ensure ability to finish?)
• • Already have a 'hide deprecated' toggle switch default enabled
• Enable the 'completed' checkmark status for anything the active user "Published" and successfully completed when looking at another user's profile list of challenges
