IE 11 doesn't apply overflow: hidden during scale transition

• when you hover over a slide and the image scales
• if that image is partially hidden outside of the viewport
• IE 11 will still show that image outside of the viewport for a fraction of a second

It seems IE 11 doesn't fully apply overflow: hidden during the transition.
