Running Offkeyboard on Windows #9

Hi,
As I know the code is written in python I don't know if it can be run on Windows so I can test it. I remember some attempts failed, but I don't know the reason. I want to test it using my Yamaha PSR-A3000 with an organic or synthetic bass sound so I can control my computer with it. How I will do that? Shall I need some additional things?
