Remove Security Vulnerabilities

We have 30+ potential exploits in the application including 6 high risk vulnerabilities. We should reduce to zero, starting with high, medium then low risk. To reproduce run brakeman in the application directory.

ouch, yeah. I just set-up a monitoring on gemnasium for the app an invited you. That'll give us alerts down the road.

Rails upgrade cut the high warnings in half and reduced the mediums, nice work.
