Effect on Joomla redirect and sitemap generation

Hi,
After using wordbridge with satisfaction for about a year I think it's about time to solve the next issue:
With the installation of Wordbridge my Joomla URL redirect does not work and my 404 page does not show. If I turn off Wordbridge all issues are gone; everything works as it should be.
Also having trouble generating a XML sitemap because it is making an endless amount of URL's.
This directly influences my Google indexation.
Any idea on what the issue could be?

Joomla 3.7.2
PHP 7.1
