v2 - PP Claim update to latest Biometric version

The PP-Module for the biometric needs to match whatever is used in the PP_MDF (v2.0 at a minimum, possibly v2.1 based on timing).

Biometric v2.0 is currently referenced, which is consistent with which is what is presently in MDF. Keeping open in case it needs to be revisited again.
