The updated CC:2022 version of the email client module will eventually reference the CC:2022 App PP which NIAP will be labeling as v2.0. To make the build work properly, a placeholder citation to the v1.4 git branch is used. This Issue is being noted just in case this affects something at a presentation level - once an actual v2.0 branch is forked off we should update the citation accordingly.

Note that the bibliography also needs to be updated; the current reference was changed to 2.0 but the publication date is still TBD and the NIAP site URL reference is currently a 404
