visual glitch with fixed width text

There is a minor issue with fixed width text in the evaluation activities. If the window is shrunk down to a certain size, the text improperly continues past the table margin rather than going to a new line. This issue appears to apply regardless of whether the HTML pre or code tag is used, so it is assumed that this applies to fixed width text in general.

This is an administrative issue only and fixing it may not be worth the effort needed to do so. A test run for the PDF was done and it is correct there, so this affects the HTML only.
