formatting when <depends on-sel> references an external doc #134
Description
The selection-based SFR trigger for an external document is functionally behaving correctly but the referenced text is not properly formatted. Specifically, it missing commas and whitespace between components, and it's missing a semicolon to delineate the package SFRs from the PP SFRs.
See for example in the screenshot below, which should say instead:
The inclusion of this selection-based component depends upon selection in FDP_DAR_EXT.1.2; FCS_DTLSC_EXT.1.2, FCS_TLSC_EXT.1.2 from Functional Package for Transport Layer Security (TLS), version 2.1
