Minor issue: Application Note on FDP_ACF_EXT.1 is outdated

FDP_ACF_EXT.1 states:
Application Note: The separation of local and session storage is described in World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Proposed Recommendation: "Web Storage."

However, I believe that "Web Storage" is no longer a proposed recommendation; it is part of the standard (see https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/). Recommend changing "Proposed Recommendation" to "HTML Living Standard".
