FPT_MCD_EXT.1 Mobile Code is very outdated

FPT_MCD_EXT.1 Mobile Code (and elsewhere in the module) makes mention of support for ActiveX, Java, ActionScript, and Flash. These are all dead or deprecated browser features. While some of these capabilities, such as Java, are abundant elsewhere, browsers no longer support these add-ons. These have been replaced with HTML5, JavaScript, and WebGL, but these are not considered add-ons and generally cannot be disabled in modern browsers.

+1 to this comment. In my opinion, this requirement should be deleted. Or, if it's retained, to simply assert that no ActiveX, Java, etc. code is executed under any circumstances. The current wording makes the whole document look obsolete. (I'm not familiar with the term "mobile code" for these capabilities either.)
