Audit events should be attached to the SFRs.
Also, this Module adds audit events to the base PP's FCS_IPSEC_EXT.1, and it does it in the audit table for the Module's requirements. This should actually be a modification to the base-PP's FCS_IPSEC_EXT.1 SFR. That SFR is not in the modified SFR section.
This is not an immediate problem since NDcPP is not yet automatable.
