[BUG] ACM certificate not found when ALB is look up

Describe the bug
ACM certificate not found when ALB is look up even though the info logs are able to find the certificate

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use look up for ALB and try to add HTTPS listener

Expected behavior
Listener is added
