Uber Badge

The Uber badge breaks other badges when plugged into them.

Actual uber badges don't have this issue since they present as a goon badge.

If you modify your badge to say it's an uber badge, it will immediately complete the signal gathering of any badge you plug it into, but prevents prevents that badge from collecting any further badge types.

The best fix for this is to alter the normal badge code to account for uber badges. This will need to be changed in comms.c and serialconsole.c
