Doctors need to login to access system. Need to be able to handle user accounts / passwords etc. Will also need a permissions system, for access to different functionality. Will need to be extensible as we discover who should be allowed to do what. At the very least, it would be useful to have logins that are read only -- they can see all the details in the system, but not change anything.
