colab상 설치문제

colab에서 사용하려하는데 데리고오는 과정에서 오류가 나네요.. 왜 이러는걸까요?

colab에서 설치를 시도해보진 않았지만, 제 프로젝트가 package 형태로 작성되지 않아서 그런것으로 보입니다.
