Remove hack in ut_conjugate_and_multiply when pocl-0.13 is no longer supported.

The code has an ugly hack to deal with unimplemented functions in pocl-0.13, which is the default in Fedora 24. Once JayBeams stops supporting pocl-0.13 we should remove the hack.
