Request for creatable particle combobox

Based on the creatable BaseUI it would be nice if coss has some example on how to wire up creatable.

I still think it would be nicer to show the createable form inside the popover rather than a new dialog. Especially if a combobox is already part of a form dialog another create new item dialog would become a bit too much.
