Some className props are unused

Some components currently accept a className prop but do not use it
This can lead to ESLint errors (Biome, Vite+, ...) and also reduces "out-of-the-box flexibility" for consumers
The affected components are:

CommandPanel
DrawerViewport
SheetViewport
