Universal stroke width (border width) and stroke type (border type) selection

This universal stroke width and stroke type selection will override the individual stroke properties for shapes, arrow or pencil. It will appear on the blank space on primary sidebar. This will allow users to easily select the stroke width and type for future references when they select shape, arrow or pencil.
