[5.x]: Can't edit existing image transforms

What happened?

Description

When I go to my asset settings, I can view all the transforms but if I click on one to edit it, the screen is for creating a new image transform, not updating the transform I clicked on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings -> Assets -> Image Transforms
2. Click on a transform to edit it

Expected behavior

I am able to edit an existing transform

Actual behavior

I see a screen to create a new transform

Hi, thanks for reporting that. I can’t reproduce on my end though.

Try enabling safe mode and test again. If it works, either a plugin or module must be interfering with the request somehow.

Also, is this happening for each of your transforms, or just one?

Still happening with SafeMode on, and happening for all transforms.

This is a client site with Craft Cloud FWIW. I have another client not on Craft Cloud and I just tested their image transforms and it works fine -- I am able to edit them

Are you able to access the transform edit pages on your local dev install?

Nope, not on my local or on Craft Cloud. But I do have the Craft Cloud package on my local

Ah, yeah I’m able to reproduce with the Cloud extension.

I'm also going to chime in and say the Asset image editor is broken on Craft Cloud. The following JavaScript errros are raised in console:

Uncaught TypeError: e.image.getHeight is not a function
AssetImageEditor.js:515 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'width')
AssetImageEditor.js:515 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'width')

The Asset image editor loads fine on local dev. I've tested the same assets across local dev and Craft Cloud and the asset editor doesn't load correctly on Craft Cloud, the JavaScript error causes the image editor to bug out and prevent any edit functionality e.g. focal point, sizing etc.
