VPNshift over TOR TCP Tunnel? #13

Description

I have been trying to get VPNshift connected within Whonix workstation, which is connected over the TOR TCP tunnel. The OpenVPN instance fails to connect. Is there a reason this shouldn't work? The exact same script/VPN connects perfectly on host.
