People using this package tab

It would be awesome to have a people/packages/projects/etc using this package tab along with Description, Licence, Info etc

This tab would show a list of all packages on PyPI which reference the currently viewed package as a dependency in their setup.py files. A bonus would be to sort/filter the shown packages against different criteria such as last updated date, download, python version etc.

This is something that would be great to have, it depends on me finally making a decision how to handle setuptools dependencies.
