FT2 can't detect the SB card

The SBEMU is enabled with SB16 but when I running FastTracker II then works but it can't detect the SB soundcard. Can you help me with this?

There was a related issue here: Baron-von-Riedesel/VSBHDA#48

In short: a) to detect SB, Jemm has to be given option NOVCPI. b) the FT 2 timer interrupt routine has problems and cannot be triggered while the sound hardware interrupt is running.
