[Feature]: Include existing vm information when scanning ports

Feature Summary

If VM ports are already documented either include this info or ignore port on host server

Motivation

I have a server that has a number of docker instances (including portnote!) and I have documented those ports against the VM.
It would be useful if the port scan included this info automatically against the server when scanning for ports rather than duplicating the effort

A related issue...
If you have done the server scan first then added a docker vm and try to add the port against the docker you need to delete it from the server before you can add it to the docker
