Unable to build the MSVC Docker Image

Then when I do:

You need to install buildx for docker, that suggestion is a bit unhelpful there as I don't think it actually works for these targets

configure-crosstool is not relevant for the msvc target

But, thank to your suggestion I installed buildx:

And made some progress. Still at the end it fails with:

It seems the issue is that xargo version is not building with Rust v1.89.0. The following did it:
