Book mark collections

We need to find some structure to add in bookmark collections to the application. For a refrence between folders and collections :

I'm currently redesigning the landing page for when users log in so it'll look similar to this structure

Instead of creating a whole other page with collections we can just allow users to add in collection rules onto folders, folders will now hold setttings and bookmarks will be saved accordignly to the settings of the folders the user has put
