Add Cleveland Water Taxis to POIs

Integrate the two distinct water taxi services in the Flats into the transport layer of the map. This serves to show the "modern roots" of river transit and how it connects the East and West banks.

I. Data Points to Add

• eLCee2 (Metroparks Shuttle):
  • Coordinates: East Bank (under Main Ave Bridge) and West Bank (near the Old River Bed).
  • Add GeoJSOn data showing the routes
  • Root Note: Connects the Towpath Trail directly across the river without using the road bridges.
• Harbor Hopper (Commercial Taxi):
  • Coordinates: Multiple stops (Collision Bend, BrewDog, Main Ave).
  • Add GeoJSOn data showing the routes
  • Root Note: Mirrors the old "bumboat" and ferry traffic that used to shuttle sailors and workers across the Cuyahoga in the 1800s.

II. Technical Tasks

• Service Status Property: Add a boolean is_seasonal property (true) to indicate these don't run in winter.
• Accessibility Tag: Note that the eLCee2 is ADA and bike-friendly.
• Link External Assets: Add a "Live Tracker" button in the popup that links to the Harbor Hopper's GPS app.
• Polyline Feature: Draw a dashed GeoJSON line across the river at the Main Avenue Bridge to represent the shuttle's "transit path."
