Currently, the implementations use what is usually referred to as effective aperture height, while it should use the physical aperture height. Since it is not provided by actual patents, and is a function of various optical system parameters, it requires ray tracing to be calculated.
It needs to be fixed once the matrix optics based implementation is finished.
