Can be closed when:

• Singularity images are built
• Build singleron references
• Run tools manually
• Write dsl2 workflow

Just a thought here - I know I made a repo for all our containers, but perhaps it would make most sense that pipeline modules come with their own definition files?

I probably won't start this workflow because of my limited time left at CTG.
I will focus on infrastructure, stability and documentation instead.
