Create a suitable mobile style sheet for the web site #2
Description
Currently the style sheet being used for the CubeSat Laboratory web site works well for desktop and laptop systems but isn't 100% ideal on a mobile device. In particular, it's hard to pull down the menus on a touch screen. Ideally a completely separate style sheet should be provided for mobile devices that account for those devices' special problems. This issue is about creating such a style sheet.
