Report view for skipped scenarios (Tag filter)

🤔 What's the problem you're trying to solve?

Previously. Using the html-formatter. The report would produce reports that contained skipped scenarios (tag expressions).

These reports would then show the scenario name and steps but greyed out, with no more information

With the latest release of the html-formatter. The report does not produce any reference to items ommitted using tag expressions

Unsure. But the old format I preferred personally

I don't know. I was asked to move my correspondence here. I don't understand why these items would have been removed.

I get compressing them down and/or removing parts of them. But removing the entire thing seems very weird.

In my opinion, hiding them under a collapsible and/or moving them around (test-case centric approach), makes sense. But yeh raising here because I was asked by @davidjgoss

What you're talking about is pickles that never become test cases due to filtering. We don't show these in the report, but that long predates the switch to test case-centric presentation, see #321 #273 cucumber/html-formatter#49. Before they would show with an "unknown" status and some users found it confusing and cluttered.

I think having another section where you can reveal pickles that were filtered out would be fine, although it still won't say why.
