Certain skills available when they shouldn't be

"Warrior blood" for axe mastery is triggering on a kill with any weapon, not just an axe. Also, the enchanting and potion recipes are craftable without the respective skills.

I was able to fix the first bug, but I was unable to replicate the second.

Did you change any of the recipes in the config? Or did this bug occur with with the default config? Is there any specific set up for the bug?
