better name?, was: rename to "KAVI Commander" or "KAVI Commander for Eclipse"

When first looking, I found it is very long for understanding, and not what one would expect from Commander (After Norton Commander if you happen to know)

It is when looking at https://github.com/dakaraphi/kavi that I finally got the idea.
So I think first the first message to users should be that this is some new different UX (user experience)

The name is derived from the concept of a command palette which is something beyond the scope of just Eclipse. This UX feature has been established by Sublime Text and other editors which have followed Atom, VS Code etc.

If one already has alternative historic reference to the term Commander, I'm not sure appending KAVI would significantly change that as the text KAVI would be unfamiliar and most likely interpreted as just a name.

The first line of description on the marketplace defines this features as Provides alternative interfaces to quick access and open resource allowing for much faster identification, selection and execution. Quick Access is the Eclipse named feature for a command palette. I know many people aren't aware of Quick Access either, but there is only so much I can do in a concise description.

Thanks, Chad. As you explain I understand better. So Quick Access and Open Resource should be with capitals, as they are names of Eclipse features or dialogues.

Yet, from my point of view there should be short way to present what this is.
"Command palette alternative implementation for Eclipse" is not that excited, while KAVI paper gives more promises.
