Continuous Deployment #8
Description
Add continuous deployment to the master branch. Ideally someone could view a URL, see the docs, and see the test-bed. The user could view and interact with (1) a private chain that's setup for this purpose, (2) mainnet, (3) kovan, or (4) a local setup.
