cleanup the readme

- remove ` from `data-m-get, and list all supported actions
- use default/shortest forms of data attributes in example e.g. drop expr like "val && val.textContent" - But ensure such expression is working via the existing or via adding the new test. Ensure that `sel` and `sel-all` support that as well
