Fix jscheck warnings in dmax.js in a sensible way

• Opening dmax.js in vscode should squiggle the warnings
• Meaningfullly fix serious warnings
• Please provide type information if required , try to do that in the compact way possible. E.g. sometimes a short way will to specify the default param value rather then type, if so - use it.
