2 minutes video tutorial?

Hi Hallee and Sebastien,

I'm interested in testing this extension. I could install it (and its dependencies) through the extensions manager but I could not figure out how to make it work.

Let's say I have a batch of 10 series from which I want to segment the same organ. Could you please provide a 2 minutes tutorial on how to execute the workflow explained on the README.md file?

Hi Mauro,

Sorry for the delay.
To segment a specific organ you'll first need to create a new task and populate it's context with segmented examples. (I assume it is the blocking point for you) Here is a short video example to show you how to do that : video tutorial

I'll recommend to segment around 10 2D slices for a given task (more or less may be needed given the complexity of the organ segmented), and those slices should be representative of the whole dataset (if the acquisition type/modality changes, try to give various example)

Once you've populated a task with examples, you can look at this video for a example of how to predict a structure.
