[FEA] - Better filter creation UI

Description

The filter creation UI for TV devices is decent I think. Maybe a little plain, but it works well enough.

The same UI is used on touch devices and it is not very good. So I think the UI needs work for touch devices.

Some other possible improvements:

• Preview of results as filters are added
• Sort filters first by enabled then alphabetically
• Search?
