[FEA] - Use remote up/down key for previous/next scene #760

Apologies if this has already been requested or if there is already a way to do this, but I was wondering if it would be possible to use the remote's up/down keys while watching a scene to skip to the previous/next scene. Currently, as far as I can tell, those keys are only used to show the playback controls. However, pressing the middle button also does the same thing. So it should not cause any reduced functionality to use the up/down keys for skipping (optionally).
Note: I did find a setting that I thought would accomplish what I want, but it says it only works for scenes with markers (and I don't have any markers) so even with the setting enabled, up/down still just shows the playback controls overlay.
