Compose mailto: links for easy, customizable responses

Use strategy from https://github.com/oncletom/mailto
text link with complex mailto
email responses should have default responses, e.g. yes/no to questions
allow the user to respond with extra text. this could be feature requests, etc...
create github issues for the user's branch
