Add Errors tab

When build errors occur, the user should be presented with an Error list, which should be a new tab similar to the "File browser" and "Search" tabs. It should display a list of errors, and when the user clicks a single error, the focus should jump to that file and the given line in that file where the error resides.

What we did in the errorList branch:

1.Error tab created in home.html with the id "errorlist", in home.html

2.Created a new javascript object called turumtum tum errorObject. The object has not been fully implemented.

3.Added a new file called error_tab.html

4.Added a little javascript script to show a possible way to access the table and append html strings to it. We did this in error_tab.html

issues:
We tried to make a new script file but it was not compiled so we had to stick everything to "error_tab.html"
