Better secure cookies implementation

Because the actually secure cookies implementation is not secure enough i want to implement a better solution.

req.cookies['my_val'] = SecureCookie('payload', exp=5)

maybe using itsdangerous

• Provide expiration time
• Provide custom secret key (default ist app secret key)
