[BUG] Error in Win10 launching portable version v8.10.4

Windows 10 Enteprise 2016 LTSB

Description of issue

When launching packetsender.exe of the portable version release downloaded from https://packetsender.com/download the following error occurs:

It happens launching with "Run as Administrator" as well.

Windows 10 is not supported anymore. You'll need to stay on an earlier portable version.

I know some versions of Windows 10 (like Enterprise LTSB) is technically still in support by Microsoft, but I don't have access to test that.

I followed your advice and was able to start the application.
The most recent version that seems to work in my configuration is v8.4.3.

@dannagle When you build for Windows, do you use CMake or qMake?

Mac is cmake. Windows is still using qmake. No technical reason for that. Just haven't migrated Windows over to it yet.
